<<Booking Conditions>>

1.  To book the property the client should complete and sign the booking form and return it together with the initial non refundable deposit (Cheques made payable to: 'Brittany Holiday Properties'). Following receipt of the booking form and deposit the owner will send a confirmation invoice and statement. This is the formal acceptance of the booking.

2.  The balance of the rent is due 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the rental. Bookings made within 8 weeks of departure date must be paid in full.

3.  The rental period shall commence at 4pm on the first day and finish at 10am on the last day.

4.  The client agrees to be a considerate tenant, to take good care of the property and leave it in a clean and tidy condition. A final clean is not included, the owner reserves the right to make retention from the security deposit to cover additional cleaning costs if the property is left in an unacceptable condition.

5.  The client will report to the owner's representative without delay any defects in the property or the breakdown of any equipment or appliances. Arrangements for repair or replacement will be made as soon as possible.  

6.  The owner is not liable for any accident or injury that may befall the client while staying in the property.
