Boderel Gîte exterior

The property is a restored farmhouse set well back from the road behind a listed chapel in the village of Boderel with is approximately 5 miles from the medieval town of Pontivy in Brittany. Pontivy is a busy market tow with twisting Old Street, riverside promenades and restaurants. At the northern end is the Château de Rohan built by the Lord of Josselin in the fifteenth century.

The nearest beaches are approximately 30/60 minutes drive.

Rennes, the capital of eastern Brittany is approximately 1 hours drive.

There is also an 18 hole golf course approx 15 minutes drive from the property.

Picturesque St. Nicholas des Eaux is a short drive from the property situated on the river Blavet with boat trips, mini golf and canoeing. There is also an excellent créperie overlooking the river. Fishing is a must and permits can be bought locally in the centre of St. Nicholas des Eaux.

Lounge/Dining Room comprises of a dining table with six chairs, three-piece leather suite, portable TV with DVD.

A supplement of £30.00/week applies for heating between 1st April – 30th June and September.
Duvets & Pillows are provided and bed Linen can be provided at £8.00 per bed perweek.
