Le Helas - in the typical Breton style

The cottage is in classic Breton style, modernised only to the extent of providing a new bathroom and fully equipped modern kitchen. Heating is by a wood burner (with plenty of logs on hand) set in a massive granite fireplace. Supplemented by electric heaters.

Le Helas Izella is a totally tranquil hamlet 4 miles from the attractive tourist town of Huelgoat, amongst the beautiful rolling country, ideal for walking and cycling. The area is like the gentler parts of Dartmoor, with tumbling streams, granite boulders and woodland walks. There are many villages and small towns of great charm nearby.

Being centrally placed in Finisthre, all coasts are within about an hours driving distance. They are among the most beautiful, with tremendous unspoilt beaches and hundreds of islands, which make wonderful day trips. The most convenient port is Roscoff.

The Accommodation:

Lounge with woodburner leading to large kitchen/dining room, downstairs bathroom. There are two large bedrooms providing a double bed and four singles both rooms have washbasins, there is also a further toilet upstairs.

Duvets & Pillows are provided, Bed Linen can be provided if required at a small charge.

The whole cottage has been artistically furnished and decorated, ensuring your holiday is a rewarding experience. The house is non-smoking.

The Grounds:

There is a private sunny courtyard with table and chairs & wisteria on the walls making an idyllic outside eating area, with fine views across the wooded valleys.

Weekly rental prices (Pounds Sterling) are as follows:
High Season: July - August	£395.00/Week
Mid Season: June - September	£295.00/Week
All other times:	£250.00/Week
A Supplement for Heating appplies 1st October - 31st May	£30.00/Week
Duvets & Pillows Provided, Bedding can be provided	£8.00 per Bed/Week
The above prices are fully inclusive of gas, electricity, water and heating with NO HIDDEN EXTRAS. The property is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and is to be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
