Brittany Holiday Property Management Pricing

Main Management Contract
The complete Management package includes the Booking & letting Contract, which amounts to £50 for each week the property is rented. For this we take the bookings, send out a booking contract asking for 25% deposit of the weekly/fortnightly rental. We then send out a reminder 8 weeks before the commencement of the holiday asking for the remainder of the rental plus a £150 Security deposit. Once the holiday is over we return the deposit. You also have the option of sending out your own booking form etc. once we have taken the enquiries for you.

Cleaning Contract
If you require our changeover service. The following charges for changeovers will be applicable.

• 2 Bedroom Property - €50.
• 3 Bedroom Property - €60.
• 4 Bedroom Property - €70.

Linen changes are extra and charged at €15 per bed.
N.B. This cost is usually paid by the person/tenant renting the property over and above the normal rental fee.

Advertising
To advertise on our Website we charge a one off fee of €90. This includes submission of three photos and information on the property and surrounding area.

Keyholding
We will hold the keys for your property and upon request make them available to visiting tradesmen or guests. €150 Per Year.

Security Checks
We will check the property every month, internally & externally to make sure everything if fine giving you peace of mind. We then email our clients after every visit so they know the property has been checked. €250 Per Year

Call out service
Can be used to liase with deliveries or tradesmen, access to the property for maintenance and repairs, or in an emergency. €30 Per Hour. Subsequent hours charged at €25 per hour.

Gardening using our own equipment
We do not charge for travelling time. €25 Per Hour using clients own equipement and fuel. €35 per hour using our own equipement & fuel from the time we arrive at the property.

Guest Services
Provide special welcome packs - basics. Including milk, coffee, teabags, sugar, water, wine, bread, preserves, cereals, beers etc. €25.

General Repairs
Should you require repairs to your property we can either recommend local Artisans to complete the work or we can carry out general repairs on your behalf to a very high standard at a price of €30 per hour, per man.
